Trademark Registration
Requirements:
- The applicant's particulars: name, address and nationality.
- Notarized and legalized power of attorney up to the West Bank Consulate.
- Classes and specification of goods/services.
- A copy of the trademark.
- A Certified Copy of Priority application (if claimed).
Time for a trademark registration: 12 ~ 18 Months
Patent Registration
Requirements:
- Full and detailed explanation about the Patent Including:
- a. Previous inventions
- b. The problems in the previous inventions.
- c. The new idea in the invention.
- d. Detailed description: (Including the method of operation in cases of equipment, tools and equipment, chemical preparation method in chemical and agricultural cases, laboratory experiments, and side effects).
- e. Detailed scope of work (Implementation description and how will the invention be used).
- f. New elements to be protected.
- g. Drawings for the patent.
- An affidavit from the applicant
- POA: Scanned copy of the signed POA.
Time for a trademark registration: 12 ~ 14 Months
