Trademark Registration
Requirements:
- Information of applicant: name, address, and nationality;
- Original Notarized POA form for use in Pakistan.
- Classes and specification of goods/services
- A certified copy of the priority document. (If claiming priority);
- Mark representation (Logo)
- Please always state date of first USE of the mark in Pakistan to be applied, if any, otherwise, the statement of USE can be filed as “proposed to be used in future”.
Time for a trademark registration: 30 Months
Patent Registration
Requirements:
- Original Simply signed Power of Attorney from the Applicant.
- Form P-2 or P-2A executed by the applicant and endorsed by the inventor.
- Specification, abstract, claims, and drawings (three copies).
- Certified copy of the priority document if claimed.
Time for a Patent Registration: 8-10 Months
Industrial Design Registration
Requirements:
- The applicant's particulars: name, address and nationality
- The designer's particulars: name, address and nationality
- Simply signed power of attorney
- Formal drawings showing every possible view of the design
- Priority document, if any

Paris Convention, Berne Convention
