Trademark Registration
Requirements:
- The applicant's particulars: name, address and nationality
- Notarized and legalized power of attorney.
- A certified and legalized copy of priority application (if claimed) within 3 months from the date of filing.
- Classes and specification of goods/services.
- A copy of the trademark.
Time for trademark registration: 14 months
Note:

- No Extra Fees for Color/Design Mark
- Extra fees for long Goods/Services
Patent Registration
Requirements:
- The applicant's particulars: name, address and nationality
- The inventor's particulars: name, address and nationality

Paris Convention, Patent Cooperation Treaty, Paris Convention, Berne Convention.
