Trademark Registration
Requirements:
- Representation of the trademark (logos should be in jpeg format)
- Scanned copy of simply signed Power of Attorney ( no notarization or legalization required).
- Class of goods to be covered.
- Details of Applicant: Name, Address, Country of Incorporation/Nationality.
- For Priority Claims: Certified True Copy of priority documents with translation where necessary
Time for trademark registration: 12~36 months
Patent Registration
Requirements:
- Application for Patent (we will fill this when you provide us with formal instructions to proceed)
- Convention Application for Patent (we will fill this when you provide us with formal instructions to proceed)
- Power of Attorney (we will fill this when you provide us with formal instructions to proceed)
- Deed of Assignment (if available)
- PCT Documents (we can get this from WIPO or you can send them to us).
Time for trademark registration: 6 months
