Trademark Registration
Requirements:
- Information of applicant: name, address, and nationality
- Classes and specification of goods/services.
- A certified copy of the priority document. (If claiming priority)
- A copy of the mark.
- POA form for use in Tunisia. A simply signed POA is sufficient.
Time for a trademark registration: 8~12 Months
Patent Registration
Requirements:
- Power of Attorney simply signed.
- Three copies of the specifications in Arabic, English, or French language.
- Three sets of the formal drawings.
- Three copies of the specification in English, French or Arabic
- Three sets of the formal drawings
- Copy of the priority document.
Time for a trademark registration: 2~3 Years
Industrial Design Registration
Requirements:
- The applicant's particulars: name, address and nationality
- The designer's particulars: name, address and nationality
- Simply signed power of attorney.
- Four sets of drawings and short description of the designs.
