Trademark Registration

Requirements:

• Information of applicant: name, address, and nationality.
• Classes and specification of goods/services.
• A certified copy of the priority document. (If claiming priority);
• Mark representation (Logo)
• Notarized and Legalized POA up to Jordan Consulate. POA is required before filing.

Patent Registration

Requirements:

• Name, address, nationality and activity of the applicant;
• Name, address, nationality , date of birth and activity of the inventor(s);
• Three copies of the specification, claims and abstract, in English or French.
• Three copies of the drawings, if any.
• Particulars of the basic patent application
• Priority document, if any, should be filed within three months form the filling date.
• Power of Attorney, legalized up to the Lebanese consulate.
• Deed of assignment signed by both parties duly legalized as above, if the applicant is not the inventor. (Required at the time of filing)

Industrial Design Registration

Requirements:

• Information of applicant: name, gender, address, p. o .box, e-mail address, phone, mobile and fax numbers and nationality;
• Information of inventor (if the applicant is not the inventor): name, gender, address, p. o .box, e-mail address, phone, mobile and fax numbers and nationality;
• A brief description of the Industrial Design in English and Arabic which is to be registered;
• Clear copy of the design (JPG or PDF format).
• Each view of proposed design with possible description; and
• Notarized and legalized Deed of Assignment.
• POA form for use in Lebanon. This POA shall be notarized and legalized up to the Lebanese Consulate.
