Trademark Registration
Requirements:
- The applicant's particulars: name, address and nationality
- Simply signed power of attorney. The deadline to submit the power of attorney is 3 months after the date of filing.
- A certified copy of priority application (if claimed).
- Classes and specification of goods/services
- A copy of the trademark
Time for trademark registration: 12 months
Note:
- Multiple Class Registration is available
- Extra Fees for Color/Design Mark
- extra fees for long Goods/Services
Patent Registration
Requirements:
- The applicant's particulars: name, address and nationality
- The inventor's particulars: name, address and nationality
- Simply signed power of attorney. The deadline to submit the POA is 3 months after filing.
- Certified and legalized deed of assignment
- Legalized Priority documents is not required
- Notarized Commercial Registration Certificate. The deadline to submit the Commercial Registration Certificate is 3 months upon filing
- Please note that where the specifications and drawings are in a language other than English, a notarized translation to English language will be required.
- PCT National Phase : Available.
